This series consists of an alphabetical register of miner's rights. The volume was divided into alphabetical sections and entries were made according to surname of applicant. Within each alphabetical section the entries were kept in chronological order by year. Each page in the volume was divided into columns for; number of miner's right, date, name, issued by, and address.
